Deep down (some not so deep) we're all music snobs.
So if I decided to give Sex Pistols a listen, I'd be a fucking punk wannabe.
Spank you very much.

No.
Dark and seemingly endless November is creeping up on me. Along tags cold December and I'll get more and more anxious, 'cause i don't know where the fuck I'm going to be at that time next year.
Without a break.

3 was heaps fun. They have this extensive database, which looked confusing at first, but now I'd so be surfing around it with ease. Masis, the guy I sat with on the first day in Tele Sales was great. And the guy CJ sat with, Jan, he was completely bonkers. They took us out on the smoking balcony "to teach us how to smoke" and it was so much fun. We didn't actually smoke, though. But we laughed and laughed and laughed (point taken?). And Everyone had a giggle when they saw both CJ and I were wearing Chucks.
"I had those when I was young." - Jan
Yeah, smoking with tele salesmen is fun like whoa.
Other quotes:
The little stuffed pony on Jans desk: "Look, a pony... It can kick as well, look! You wanna play with it?"
Jan in front of everyone in the Sales department: "My assistant did a sale!"
To Masis and I: "My assistant knows Gitte Stalone!"
Phoenix and Morrissey make me smile. (Ville Valo does too, but for very different reasons. Curse you, Lærke, for getting me hooked on this man.)

Jens Olaf Mortensen a.k.a. MO Best teacher EVER. Deal.
We had a reception for him this Thursday, because he's decided to retire now - just when we had one year left. Well, I always expected him to be there right until our final exams. But nooo... Anyhow, the girls in my class (a total of six out of eighteen students!) gave him a gold-painted whistle on a band with our names on it. He always wore a whistle around his neck for some odd reason, so we got him anew one, so he'd remember us; Mia the Great, Cille the Bille, Super Simy, Julle Bulle, Trine-Blondine, Money Honey.
The parents gave him Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" and he made a remark about how I once told him to read books in English. Apparently he remembered when I urged him to pick up Dan Brown's "Angels & Demons"... in English instead of Danish. When the boys screened their special made musicvideo for him in the film room, we were all moved. "If you were a trading card, you'd be worth two." My otherwise very chipper and composed teacher stood up afterwards to say a few words, but didn't get far, before he choked. Everyone's eyes were red. Had he said another word, we'd all have burst out in tears.
It passed, though. And there were hugs all around.
Okay, Mo made everything fun and interesting. Biology, Science, Geography etc. for instance. All the subjects known for being dreadfully boring to most people. His way of teaching was super, despite the fact that he mostly just talked. His were my favourite classes and a lot of others felt the same. I know there are a lot of great teachers out there, but they just don't compare.
He's turning 68 and could've retired years ago. But he didn't. And now he's even told the school, that he'd be glad to come by as a substitute teacher Tuesdays or Fridays. How kind is that?
So, in conclusion. Thanks for everything, Mo. We've had some fantastic years and are really lucky to have had you as a teacher. You'll be greatly missed by everyone. It'll take some time to get used to your and your "moon's" (he's more or less bald, so we used to joke about the top of his head being the moon) absense. Good luck, we love you!

We had an american author visit the class wednesday and thursday morning. He talked about fear and to-do lists, and asked us to write a list of our own. hilarity ensued.
- CJ wants to be pocahontas. - Trine wants an 'afroman', whatever that is.
And first price goes to CJ, who also wrote Jack Sparrow on her list. Jack Sparrow...
On her to-do list.
Happy Depptember, everyone.

Semi-burried in a pile/monstrous mountain of homework.
Like, please. The year only just started.
Am currently looking for a Johnny Depp picture to use for a graphic I'm making CJ. I totally pimped her desk name tag with "I love Johnny Depp" and "Placebo are love"'s today during a boring Danish lesson. According to the statements now written on it, she'd do Jack Sparrow anytime.
Any objections, CJ? <3

I'm really freaking out about what I'm going to do after 9th grade and my final exams. I asked my teacher, who, sadly (he was and is the best) is retiring, for guidance, because I respect him and his opinions a great deal.
He's confident that I'm going to suceed no matter what, which makes me feel a lot better.

Hckh. I miss my computer.
I laughed so hard at the "Finding Neverland" scene where Johnny Depp's character stands with the bobbing duck.
Johnny + wooden toy ducks = Priceless.

My computer has officially crashed now, so posting and commenting will be limited for a while.
On another note, I have decided to focus on getting better at drumming instead of the bass. I'm going to get myself a new Crash cymbal, practise like mad and not worry too much about not being good after just a year of semi-playing.
i have, at this moment, no desire to sign up for lessons or anything like that, although it might be an idea considering the goals I have set myself. Playing in a band, however, might be good for me. It is not something I wanted when I first started, but now it sounds nice. It's just sad that the only musically interested person I knew has up and left for a boarding school a relatively alarming amount of kilometers west from here.

I saw "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" today and it was brilliant (as was the first one). Jack was even more hilarious and cuddly in this one and I loved that they brought all the right people back for it.
Now, no more about the film. I don't want to spoil anyone (probably wouldn't as it has been out in most of the world for weeks..) and I am in no mood to start making LJ Cuts obey my demands.
Table tennis is fun. I'd pwn you every time.

Am currently re-loving Johnny Depp after I borrowed the "Pirates of the Carribean" dvd off Niklas. The first one, that is. Yeah, only just watched it *ducks head from PotC fans throwing rum bottles*, but three years after the premiere is in my world the perfect time to watch a film.
He (Niklas) came by this morning to pick up his "Dodgeball" dvd (hilarious!) and told me I could keep the "Pirates" dvd 'till after the holidays... Tsk, tsk. He really should know better than to leave me with a bucket load of PotC and Johnny extras to keep me obsessing the the rest of the Summer.
Just rented "Corpse Bride".
And I totally rock at playing the bass.

wtf. italy. congrats.
but i don't feel like writing a long entry about it all.
and i don't really feel like talking about how I've loved G. Buffon ever since Marco introduced me to his precious Italian clubs in a very boring German lesson some months ago.

Guh. My mood has suffered a severe puncture. I'm so disappointed.
England out of the World Cup. On sodding penalties.
Frank Lampard is till my king, though, despite his failed penalty shot.
Pfft...
